I am trying to create a simscape model of a plant and was trying to use a tank block. For the tank block that I am currently using, it only has "inlet" options (one inlet, two inlet, three inlet). However, I want my tank to have an "outlet" and an "inlet".
How can I obtain a tank block in simscape that has an inlet and an outlet ?

In Simscape, the Tank block typically represents a storage of fluid and naturally includes the concept of both inlets and outlets as part of its operation, even if the block ports are only labeled as "inlets". The fluid can enter through these inlet ports, and it can also leave the tank through the same ports if connected properly in the system. The flow direction (into or out of the tank) is determined by the pressure differential across the tank.

Hope this helps!
