Building exe file using compiler

I have a GUI which is working 100% fine and want to share the exe to my friends.

I used deploytool in compiler and created the exe file succefuly. However when I try to run the exe file I get an error saying "Windows cannot access the specifiec device path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item". Could someone suggest me, how do I run the exe file by resolving the issue.
