No supporting plots are visible in the PIDtuner app or the FFT analyzer app

When I try to tune the PI controller using PIDtuner app using transfer function based approach, I could not see any plots in the app. I face a similar problem why I try to use the FFT analyzer app in the Powergui blockset. I cannot see any plots inside the app window. I have posted the images of the PIDtuner app and the FFT analyzer app.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
  1. Check MATLAB Version Compatibility:Ensure that your MATLAB version is compatible with the PIDtuner app and the FFT analyzer app. Sometimes, certain features may not work as expected if you're using an outdated or incompatible version of MATLAB.
  2. Check App Settings:Double-check the settings and configurations within the PIDtuner app and the FFT analyzer app. Make sure that the input signals, parameters, and analysis options are correctly set up.
  3. Restart MATLAB/Simulink:Try restarting MATLAB and Simulink to see if the issue persists. Sometimes, restarting the software can resolve temporary glitches or conflicts.
  4. Check Hardware Acceleration Settings:If you're using Simulink models with hardware acceleration enabled, try disabling hardware acceleration temporarily to see if it affects the behavior of the apps.
  5. Update MATLAB/Simulink and Add-Ons:Make sure that your MATLAB/Simulink installation and all relevant add-ons (such as Control System Toolbox for PIDtuner) are up to date. Updates may include bug fixes and improvements that could resolve the issue.
  6. Check Graphics Drivers:Ensure that your graphics drivers are up to date. Outdated or incompatible graphics drivers can sometimes cause issues with plotting and visualization in MATLAB/Simulink.
  7. Verify System Requirements:Check the system requirements for running MATLAB/Simulink and the specific apps. Ensure that your computer meets the necessary hardware and software requirements.
  8. Contact MathWorks Support:If you're unable to resolve the issue after trying the above steps, consider reaching out to MathWorks support for assistance. They may be able to provide further guidance or troubleshooting steps specific to your setup.
By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue with the PIDtuner app and the FFT analyzer app in MATLAB/Simulink.
