Comparison and Loss Calculation of MOSFETs and IGBTs using only Simulink.

I am currently working on a project comparing a MOSFET und IGBT on their efficiency. So far, I build a model which isn't working the way I intend it to do.

I want to see how the change in switching frequency will influence the switching losses, conduction losses, blocking losses, temperature.

Also, i want to make the project using only Simulink, no codeing whatsoever.

Any help is much appreciated.

Hello Abdullah,

I understand that you want to compare between the efficiencies of IGBTs and MOSFET using Simulink.

You can do so by using the inbuilt libraries of Simulink for each of them. You can change the settings based on your desired parameters and compare the results.
