the program fail to open directly after installation

I installed the version of matlab/simulink R2024a and it took hours, after the installation finished i tried to run the program but it didn't work showing a specific message ( Fatal Error On Startup

std::exception: Loading C:\Program

Files\MATLAB\R2024a\bin\win64\matlab_startup_plugins\Imgrimpl\lib mwlmgrimpl.dllfailed with error: The specified procedure could not be

found.

:state not recoverable: state not recoverable)

I thought maybe my license wasn't activated ( even though before the installation took off i did confirm my license) i found another program called ( activate_matlab) and i confirmed the activation again, i saw a similar problem with a fellow user but also saw that i have to remove it completely and reinstall it again (and it consumes so much effort and time ), so is there a solution that doesn't require the whole (remove and reinstall) thing? i'd really appreciate it.

I get the same message. MATLAB 2023b on the same PC is running fine.

Yeah i contacted the support and it turned out that the windows on my pc was too old for the R2024a version. Thanks for the help thought!
