Im new to matlab and im here to use broadband impedance matching program which uses real frequency technique.
i if i change the frequency, bandwidth and other parameters in "DesigningBroadbandMatchingNetworksPart2AmplifierExample.mlx", add my new device s2p data and run it, i will get my new matching components?

Yes, follow the steps outlined in the MATLAB example in the following link to create your new matching components:
By modifying the parameters such as “frequency”, “bandwidth”, and load your device's “S-parameter data (s2p file)”, you should be able to obtain the new matching components tailored to your device's specifications.
As you mentioned being new to MATLAB, consider spending some time with MATLAB's documentation and tutorials on RF Toolbox and optimization techniques to get yourself familiar with design process in MATLAB. You can refer to the “Product Resources” in the following page for the same:
Hope it helps.
