The list of "Supported Boards" (https://www.mathworks.com/help/radar/ug/supported-boards-ti-mmwave.html) lists car radars from TI with the designation AWR16XX, AWR18XX. The AWR2944 model is newer and has better parameters. This model can also be connected to a PC via the DCA1000EVM, just like the older models. The question is, is this model also supported in the matlab environment or is there a software upgrade planned for this model?
Thank you for your reply

According to the current documentation, the AWR2944 model is not supported, but keep an eye on the latest MATLAB releases for any updates.

From the documentation of the latest release R2024b (https://www.mathworks.com/help/radar/ug/supported-boards-ti-mmwave.html), the Radar Toolbox Support Package for Texas Instruments does not support connection to the TI mmWave Radar Sensor AWR2944, and interfacing via a DCA1000EVM is not possible.
For the most accurate and up-to-date information, I recommend checking the MathWorks website regularly or contacting MathWorks Technical Support. They can provide insights into any planned software updates or support for newer models like the AWR2944. Additionally, keep an eye on MATLAB's release notes for upcoming versions, as they often announce new hardware support.
