Cannot open Matlab 2024a after updating to MacOS 15.1

I see the error, The application “Dock” does not have permission to open “(null)” when starting MATLAB after updating to MacOS 15.1.

And I tried to open it in the terminal, it doesn't work,

shows:

yesterday I didn't reinstall 2024b, I tried reinstall 2024a, still doesn't work, but today I install 2024b, and I can open it, it's so weird
