log in to my online account

I have created a username and password for my MATLAB online account; but when i try to log in i receive an error the username or password is incorrect. how can I solve this issue?

Try these below suggestions to log in to your MATLAB Online account:

1) Double check your credentials. Note that passwords are case sensitive. If you're using a password manager, it is possible that you've accidentally saved incorrect credentials. Try manually typing them instead of auto-filling.

2) Reset your password. Go to MATLAB Online login page and follow the instructions after clicking the "Forgot Password?" link.

3) Clear browser cache and cookies. Try temporarily disabling browser extensions.

4) Try a different browser. Also try logging in by using Incognito/Private mode.
