I am not certain but your solar tracker is a discrete-time system, as indicated by the Zadeh transform variable 'z', while you have implemented a continuous-time PI controller, represented by the Laplace transform variable 's'.

Sincerely my tracker isnt descrete , can u trow more light on code of a dscrete tracker.
