Is mlcpostinstall.exe a valid matlab file?

TrendMicro is blocking "mlcpostinstall.exe" from the C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\MathWorks\ServiceHost\v2025.5.0.3\bin\win64
Is this a valid matlab file?

This is the same name used for MATLAB Drive Connector. What looks odd to me is the version date in the folder path. The current downloadable versions for Windows, Mac and Linus are all 2025.4.0.4
I would suggest reporting this to MathWorks directly just to be safe.

These have both been installed in my directories:
C:\Users\dreich\AppData\Local\MathWorks\ServiceHost\v2025.4.0.4 (date modified: 4/14/2025)
C:\Users\dreich\AppData\Local\MathWorks\ServiceHost\v2025.5.0.3 (date modified: 5/1/2025)

I restarted my computer, which allowed connector to update to 25.0.3 on my computer. I now have that file at that location on my computer.
Acknowledging that this does not represent an official response from MW, this seems to be a valid MATLAB file.

Has your question been answered? I have the same problem, in my case with Kaspersky.
