How to recover a slx.file from a blocked matlab account?

I was using a student email, to log in on matlab. But i got blocked because i am not currently registered. So all I want is just to recover a slx.file that i was working on. When i trying to log in it gives me the safire error.

You'll have to contact Mathworks sales support at <Product Support Page> to see if they'll provide temporary access for you or not...picking up the phone is probably best option.
