Can't see licenses after payment

I made an order for licenses and have paid by card. And today is 2-nd day already but I don't have nor licenses nor even an email about my order.
I just can't believe that orders are being processed manually in Mathworks.
Is this normal?

Two days ago was the start of the weekend, so I'm not surprised no one has contacted you yet. Support has a goal of responding within 24 hours, but not sure about sales. Still, I would have expected at least an email receipt would be sent immediately following the transaction. Definitely follow up with sales.
There was also a large AWS outage this morning that may be impacting things.

OK, I will try to contact Sales again tomorrow. Perhaps, this is just weekend and some AWS troubles.
