How to stop Matlab service host from connecting to internet?

I would like to setup my matlab installation on local machine (no access to internet, no installation by user permitted) so that matlabservicehost does not initiate any contact and search for update on internet - outside of institution network.

This is requied by our security, as the security is strict any contact is considered suspicious. We are fine with not updating msh and keeping fixed version at installation time.

Any guidelines on this?
