Hello,
I'm trying to find the package Specialized Power Systems in my Simscape add-on, but it's not there. Is there an additional installation I have to do?

There is not specific Add-On for Specialized Power Systems. Specialized Power Systems is part of Simscape Electrical.
That said, the base R2025b release removed Specialized Power Systems. ""R2025b Release 1" restores Specialized Power Systems; after installing it, use the command sps_lib to see the library browser.
SPS technology has been sold to a third party; see https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/2180147-unable-to-find-the-specialized-power-systems-group-in-simscape-electrical-in-newer-version-r2025b#answer_1570821

I think it is about time to Lock/Close subsequent questions about SPS, with linking that particular thread in the message, as there has been a good amount of them.
Though, I would like to see what other contributors think as well.
