Cannot download Text Analytics Toolbox Model for BERT-Base Network add-on

I Cannot download Text Analytics Toolbox Model for BERT-Base Network add-on but other still can download. It shows Download Error Unable to connect to MathWorks. I have tried mobile hotspot, turn off window firewall but none of them works.

Hello,

To install new toolboxes, you can either:

• Rerun the MathWorks Installer to add any additional products not currently included in your installation. You do not need to reinstall MATLAB if you select the same installation folder.
• Use the Add-On Explorer in MATLAB, if your license permits usage of it.
