access my pc completely from matlab

I would like to use matlab like a operating system .From the command window by using the matlab commands i wants to do the regular things.Where i can get the commands

You can use the "!" operator followed by a Windows command. For example

!dir C:

to execute "dir C:" by a command shell.

i need matlab command for the following

1. Open My computer
2. close current window
3. shut down the PC

The formal name of My Computer is explorer.exe .

!explorer

For closing the current window, it depends whether you mean the current graphics figure or the current MATLAB tool window (such as the variable browswer) or if you mean a program outside of MATLAB such as you would normally use ALT-F4 to close.

Shutdown would be

!shutdown /s /t 0

or if you are using Windows 8 and want a full power off, you can use

!shutdown /p
