Difference between Swerling1,2 and Swerling3,4

Hello. Could anyone explain difference between Swerling models for phased.RadarTarget? According to documentation, Swerling1 has scan-to-scan decorrelation, Swerling2 has pulse-to-pulse decorrelation. But its behaviour seems to me the same.
