Runs Test Function On Matlab

I am new to Matlab and learning the basics. A lot of my questions are simple guiding questions. Thanks in advance.
I am trying to run a 'RunsTest' on a sequence of a 100 points either being 'F' or 'Q'.
  1. Do i need to convert the figures(Nan) to numbers? Ex(F-1 or +)
  2. Is the Runstest a built in function to matlab that once the data is corrected it should be able to run?
If not is there any further guidance you can recommend.
I attached the matlab data i am using if you need to look at it.

runstest treats NaN values in x as missing values, and ignores them.
runstest is part of the Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox, so you would need to have that toolbox licensed and installed.
