help in setting the VCO frequency in Simulink.

Hi everyone, I am trying to implement an ASK system transmitter and receiver. A binary stream is sent, i have read the charachters from a textfile.There is a PLL at the reception end for carrier generation. I am confused about the VCO frequencyof the Pll, I set it to 1000 which is my modulating carrier frequency , but when i plot to see the results, both of them donot match.

I have done coding in matlab while PLL is made in simulink .
