nwalign algorithm
Mostrar comentarios más antiguos
Dear all, I'm studying the nwalign.m file and found something I cannot solve by myself. In the line
affinegapmex(intseq2, intseq1, gapopen, gapextend, ScoringMatrix, algorithm);
The last argument 'algorithm' takes values 1 or 3.
However, the affinegap function does not use that argument as far as I can read, so my guess is this is something new in the affinegapmex function which is not readable since it is compiled.
My questions are, Are these values new to the affinegapmex function? From where I can read the content of the affinegapmex and simplegapmex functions?
Thanks in advance,
Diego

Any function whose name ends in 'mex' is fairly likely to be proprietary MathWorks source code.

To get access to proprietary MathWorks source code, you need to be employed by MathWorks as an employee or intern.
