Interpreted function with for loop

We have the MPC and DMC algorithms for the SISO process and getting satisfactory simulation results. When we tried to interface with the real time process with the Simulink environment, we used the interpreted fucntion , but our code has for loop in it. Hence iam getting the error. Any suggestions to implement the controller developed in m-file with the simulink for the inf. time.
