Exclude files from "Batch Job" in Simulink-Project by script

Hello, when starting the Simulink-Project-Tool, all files in the project are automatically set to "include" when opening the "batch job" mask in the project tree. Is there a possibility to have them all excluded after opening the tool? I thought about starting a script when starting the tool but I don´t know any command to control the include/exclude attribute of the files in batch jobs.
