i don't know what can i do to code this problem help please?

Suppose that a spring has a natural length (nothing attached to it) of approximately 25cm. If a block with mass 5kg is attached to the spring, the spring will stretch to approximately 37:5cm. How much work has the block done? How much work would it take to stretch the block an additional 10cm?
