high-level image sequence fusion (HISF) algorithm

Respected sir,

              I working on tracking the objects in a video.The HISF
algorithm combined the Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HOG) descriptor and linear Support Vector Machine (SVM) aiming at high quality of human detection.I need HISF function to develop my project.Im kindly requesting you to send the function......

Did you check the File Exchange? Or write it yourself. The histogram of gradients at least is not very complicated. If you can't do it, then look up code for SIFT where HOG is used.
