How to combine 3 paths found by using PRM

Consider an Example(image) I have six points whose coordinates are known I found the path from A to C through B by defining way point similarly I found the path from D to F .But for finding path from C to D I used PRM command from robotics system toolbox .How should I combine these three paths to get a final path of the differential drive robot.
