What is the MATLAB code for band rejection filter to remove periodic noise?

I converted noisy image to frequency domain using fourier transform and now I have to apply band rejection filter on it to reduce the noise and do inverse fourier transform to get the image back. I am not getting how to write code in MATLAB though I know the concept. Please help me to do this. Thank u matlab version: R2012a
