Embedded Matlab function in place of the m.file code

Hi for all I'm Said I'm PhD student I finich simulation work based on m.file, but I now I replace the m.file code by the Embedded Matlab function in Simulink work in order to implmentation in the laboratory with Dspace 1104. The simulation result's it's verry good performance, but I want know is it working in real implementation with this same performance

I am not sure what your question is. Are you asking about how to do timing of the code to find out how fast it is?
