MATLAB does not start up. It does not find "the entrance point on the procedure CancelloEx"

Hello, I have installed Matlab R2015b, but when I tried to launch it Matlab.exe showed the next warning "No se encuentra el punto de entrada del procedimiento CancelloEx en la biblioteca de vínculos dinámicos KERNEL32.dll

Which operating system? CancelIoEx only exists on Windows Vista and up. Note that Windows XP is not listed in the list of supported OSes for matlab 2015b.

To get hold of r2015a contact mathworks support or mathworks sale (depending on your situation).

If you go to the License Center then there is a link to download software. Provided you are an Asset Administrator or Technical Contact, on the page that shows up when you select that, on the right hand side, you can select any previous version of MATLAB back to about R13. Your R2015b MATLAB license entitles you to use any MATLAB version up to and including R2015b.
