how to run app that has deploy to raspberry from model by linux command ??

hi ! i has deploy a app for raspberry by simulink . and before i deploy to hardware that is raspberry . i want to start it by linux command (by raspberry board itself) that meaning not by run () command in matlab becouse i want to use that app independent with my computer . very thank for help
