half bridge single phase inverter

i want to ask about which switch to use in a single phase inverter with a half bridge, i will use this inverter in a PV stand alone system

IGBT or MOSFET are the most obvious choices. In simulation it all depends on the desired level of fidelity. Sometimes an Ideal Semiconductor Switch is enough. Check the Single-Phase Grid-Connected Solar Photovoltaic System example for a starting point.
