Can't Buy add-on??? having yet downloading new version matlab 2016

Hello everybody!
I tryed several times to buy add-ons (statistics and learning toolbox and simulink) but no chance, yet i have downloaded the new version matlab 2016a for students and it works , after clinking on 'proceed to checkout', I'm asked to add matlab-renewal!! Can't see where is the problem! can someone help me please, thanks in advance,
