How to caculate the confidence limit in ploterrcorr function at nntraintool?

Using the nntraintool to train a timeseries networks, I want to change the default(95%) confidence limit,how can i do? One more question, I have used the 'xcorr' function to calulate the autocorrelation of errors, How can i get the 95% confidence limits?
