How can I open an Excel file from a push button in GUI of Matlab?

I have this push button called "Datos mecánicos conductores", and when pushing it I want an Excel file to open, so that I can modify some cells of it.

In the callback for that button you can use the command
winopen 'YourFile.xlsx'

Gordon, you should post that as an Answer, as it is correct.
You would probably be better off using function form, though,
winopen('YourFile.xlsx')
