I cant find web cam "winvideo" driver for my laptop acer s3 ?

hy i would like to start working with image processing toolbox, but I cant install the winvideo driver for my Acer s3 391 built in webcam. {I tried also my old usb web cams, but in the windows 10 device manager cant find the driver for these (genius videocam slim usb 2, lg an vc300 al,...)} I also installed the usb cam driver with matlab 2016a command>>supportPackageInstaller

When i type: imaqhwinfo

also when imaqhwinfo('dcam')

I get the error:

Error using videoinput (line 188) The DEVICEID is not a valid identifier. See IMAQHWINFO(ADAPTORNAME).

Error in redObjectTrack (line 7) vid = videoinput(camera_name, camera_id, format);

because the code use winvideo or other driver...I put in the the *getCameraInfo function manualy the paramters. Like this:

u need to install the win video adapter driver in order to install it follow the below mentioned steps : open matlab click on add ons option and select get hardware support packages then install from internet the list of drivers will appear select OS GENERIC VIDEO INTERFACE this should solve your problem
