how to generate transfer functions between two nodes

Hello, Could someone please help me.. How to find the transfer functions between two nodes.i have around 5000 nodes in my file.. SO when i select any two node i should get the transfer function.. Please help. Thank you.

Please describe further what a "node" is for this purpose, and what a "transfer function" is for this purpose.
