Why does this code not work?

Hey, can anyone tell me why does this happen.

Note: I used many variables because I am using this for a GUI.

The code doesn't work is not a clear question. If someone try to test your code, he must write all your code because it's posted as an image, you could just copy and paste your code as a text.
