How to plotting spectrogram with time versus frequency?

Hello I've data plot x(time) and y(ampere) and can generate waveform. How can i translate data to new plotting which time versus frequency. But i want to plot data using function 'spectrogram' -2D which third axis is displayed with color. Thank you for your future help.
