non linear colormap for statistical evaluation

Hi everyone,

looking for several hours how to modify the colorbar in a specific way, I hope someone will find a solution.

I have a symmetric matrix (11x11) called Pval, containing p-value which is the result of a statistical test, values ranging from 0.0001 to 1.

I want to display this matrix of p-value with specific color doing an imagesc with the following intervals of color.

black => [0]

green => [0.0001 0.001]

yellow => [0.001 0.01]

orange => [0.01 0.05]

red => [0.05 1]

do you know if a function exist to do such thing ?
