vipmotion example blockSize definition?

Hi, I'm trying to understand how to use the block processing block from the vipmotion example, and the Block Size has been defined as {blockSize}, however I cannot find where this has been defined, and whenever I attempt to change it I get an "Error occurred when evaluating apply callback."

Where can I find where blockSize is defined in this example? and how would I be able to manually change it?

blockSize is defined in the Model Workspace, as [60 80]
