how to identify type of nose, eyebrows and ears from 2d face image

Hi All,

1) need to get type of nose(long,short,curve etc)from the image. taking the case we have left and right side of face images

2)need to get type of eyebrows(all possible shaped) from the face image.

3) need to get type of ears(long,short etc)from the image. taking the case we have left and right side of face images.

Could anybody pls help me in this area ?
