How would I be able to apply this equation Lorenz to fit my data?

Thank you for taking your time to look at my issue. I have a Lorenz equation of the form in the picture. I do have approximations for the constants but because of the imaginary part of the equation matlab does not want to plot it for me. Any help which could help me fit this equation to data would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.
