Figure window cuts label/axes and further saved file

Hello everyone, each time I open a figure windows in order to display some 2d plot (or barplot) the problem occurs.

I tried to set:

set(gcf,'position',[x_leftlowside y_leftlowside length high]);

but each time that I change 'fontsize' or plot I have to perform more tests in order to find the best setting. This is boring and costly!

If later I try to save the image with print or save the file has the same problem
