Finding frequency in simulink

I have a signal after lowpassing and I am looking for its frequency. I thought I could use fft but:

the buffer is set to 2048

for some reason after Abs it's still negative, and its hard to determine frequency because of shape
How do I get rid of the value in 0?
How to determine the middle of the frequency "mountain"

Any other method of finding freq would be highly appreciated
