Curve Fitting Tool to reconstruct original waveform

Hi, I want to fix some data in signal waveform. I insert the orignal full signal waveform in specify validation data. However, the fit data cannot be similar with specify data. How to make the fix data curve of Y similar to Y data in validation data.
