Where is the link for requesting a media kit and installation documentation for the new releases????

The old Mathworks website had a link where licensed users could request a media kit that would include DVDs and installation documentation. The new website does not seem to have this. I need media because in some cases the ability to download is limited or not available. What is the process for getting this? For the last release I had to initiate a support request to get it.

You can request a DVD by contacting Customer Service.
