cell of cell to cell

I got this ugly data thanks to textscan

I want to convert so it look like this. From 1 x 7 cell array where each cell has 25992 elements to 25992 x 7 cell aray

I tried z = horzcat(cell{1,:}) but it says dimensions are inconsistent ?!?!?!?!
