Importing data, Creating a mesh grid all In a GUI.

So I was interested in the GUIDE -> building a GUI. Im a newbie unfortunately and saw instructional videos on how to build a mesh grid, adding toolbars, and programming the callback functions. How do I import data, or use GUI table in a way that I can then use that data to create a MeshPlot.
I attached picture of the concept.
