How to do the nonlinear curve fitting with script fie in matlab?

I have the experimental data with me. but i need to have the curve fitting to match my data.

You could use the Curve Fitting App to interactively setup your curve fit. Once you are happy you can then generate MATLAB code so that you can repeat the analysis in the future from the command line.
