Using matlab for farneback's method i have the flow parameter result that contains Magnitude,Orientation,Vx and Vy. Is these the results for the entire video including all frames? or is it the vectors between the two last frames? im really confused about this i hope i explained it well!

"flow = estimateFlow(opticFlow,I) estimates the optical flow of the input image, I, with respect to the previous image"
So only the previous image is considered, not the entire video.

thank you very much! so my problem is that i want to find the maximun orientation for magnitudes= 1,2,3,4,5 over the entire video and not only on the last two frames.. any ideas how can i do it?

Sorry, I have no ideas on how to do that.
